RETURNS
RETURN POLICY
We offer a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days to request a return after receiving your goods.
Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packing to be eligible for a return. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
You can contact us at aartaalap@gmail.com to begin a return. We'll send you the information on how and where to deliver your shipment if your return is accepted. We will not accept products returned to us without first requesting a return.

DAMAGES
Please examine your purchase upon receipt and notify us as soon as possible if an item is broken, damaged, or you receive the incorrect item so that we can assess the situation and correct it. We request an non-edited video from you that you capture while opening the package, and/or images in case you would like to return the damaged products.

EXCHANGES
Returning the item you have and then making a separate purchase for the new item is the quickest approach to ensure you receive what you want.

REFUND POLICY
Once we've received and reviewed your return, we'll let you know if your refund has been accepted. If accepted, your original payment method will be instantly reimbursed. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.

Custom items (such as special requests or personalised items) are non-returnable and non-refundable. If you have any questions or issues concerning your specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on sale products or gift cards.
